These Terms describe how Macro and Finday deliver consulting, automation, and payroll operations to ambitious SMEs. By browsing macro.id or working with us, you accept the responsibilities and protections stated below.

Macro operates under these Terms alongside any executed statements, proposals, or onboarding documents. When we reference "Services," that includes consulting, automation, data integrations, and backoffice execution powered by Finday.
We outline deliverables, milestones, and KPIs in proposals or onboarding decks. Unless otherwise noted, deliverables follow the accepted schedule, and you agree to provide timely access to stakeholders, data, and approvals.
Fee schedules live in each proposal. Payment terms are generally 14 days from invoice unless noted, and late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge. We reserve the right to pause Services for overdue balances.
Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing IP. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables internally. You agree to keep sensitive documents confidential and notify us before sharing any material with third parties.
Either party may end the engagement upon 30 days’ notice. We will return deliverables created before termination, and you remain responsible for any unpaid fees for Services already rendered.
We may update these Terms, and revised versions post a new effective date on macro.id. Unless otherwise agreed, Indonesian law governs the agreement, and disputes are resolved in Jakarta courts.
